Download RQM app from play store or visite rayvila.com,Then click on login button and click create account ,enter details and create account.

In institution panel click on create test button ,Enter test name and test password. Then click on test name to manage test. You will be redirect Test admin panel.Then follow those step :

1. Add questions . Upto 200 questions.

2. View questions. If any edit require.

3. Adjust Settings. Without adjust settings you can't run test. Select test status as published in the settings menu.

4. Share test link with students.

5. View test result which you share.

Go to test settings, Select test status published.

To add the institution logo click on the logo icon which is to top of right corner of the institution panel.

To add an extra custom field, go to test settings click on Do you need extra field drop down, select yes and edit your custom field.

Group use for the individual login. Where student's name and ids were preloaded. After opening the link students only enter their particular id to take the test. In rayvila you can use up to five groups.

To use a group click on the right top three line button which is available in the institution panel. Then click Group and select any group and click on the manage button, then add students' names and IDs one by one. after that click view students list to refresh the list. student names may be the same but the ids should not be the same. after the refreshing list, If you see the duplicate id then one must be deleted.

To better use add id with character and number Like NB025, AP8965.

You can use id as a last 6,7 digit mobile no alogn with student first name, like Rio456321.

The section is used to show questions part-wise. You can assign marks and negative marks section-wise.


To better view open CSV file in google sheet. Google sheet supports multi-language. If you open your CSV file in Microsoft excel and your questions are not in English then its very difficult to view the actual language.


* In test settings, if you select anyone (by the browser) and students can view the result select No or only score . After publishing the full results students can avail themselves to view their results. They should log in again same process i.e same device and same browser. Like share link in whatsapp and they click link and open default browser chrome.

Like if they use their own mobile network then to view the full results login again with their mobile network, If they use wifi to take tests that time to view results they should be using the same wifi.


The category is used to keep the test category-wise. Like social test Category 1 and science test Category 2.

When you create the test at that time you can choose the category or you can manage the category from the CATEGORY button which is available top at the right corner.


Pull work like a questions bank. If you have many tests you can add questions from previous tests in the new test.

Go to the add question menu and click on the pull button then select test and click on the button as many as you want.


Published : Students can login Student panel and take test.

Unpublished : Students can login student panel but not take test. Students can view the results of those who already attempted the test.

Closed : Students cannot login the student panel.


If you delete all results from the test then the student will avail take the test again 3 times.
